Technical rubber sheets

Heat- and freezeproof,  acid- and alkali resistant, medium-hard sheet withstands: premises, containers, vessels air; nitrogen; inert gases under pressure from 0.05 to 0.4 Mpa; fresh, marine, industrial, waste water without organic solvents and lubricants; salt solution at a concentration up to saturation; acids, alkalis with concentration up to 20%, under pressure from 0.05 to 10.0 MPa.

Technical rubber is designed for the manufacture of rubber products which are used to seal fixed connections, prevent friction between metal surfaces, take single impact loads and as gaskets, decking and other non-sealing goods.

Technical rubber or technical rubber sheet is manufactured according to State Standard GOST 7338-90.Technical rubber sheets with a low and high degree of hardness are available as well as rubber-and-canvas technical sheet with one or more layers of fabric from TMKSCH and MBS factories.

Technical rubber sheet is operable at a temperature from -30 ° C to + 80 ° C.

Technical rubber has several layers of fabric, the amount of which is determined by customer’s requirements.
